Cause analysis

Is the supply voltage normal?

Check whether the sensor connector is properly connected and has a weak value display.

Does the keypad fail or does the line fall off?

Is there any contact between the computer and the host communication line?

Whether the parameters of the DSP system and the servo system are adjusted well.

Is the limit device normal?

Is switching power supply voltage normal?

If you turn on the host power, do you press the keypad immediately?

Are all the wires in the tester tight?

Is the hardware parameter missing in the tester?

Turn on the lid to see if the server has the wrong information.

Troubleshooting

Voltage stabilizer is added to measure voltage stability.

Re plug sensor

Is the key function of the test keypad intact?

Reconnect communication lines

Check the settings of the parameters.

Reset the position of the stop block.

Measuring voltage of switching power supply

After opening the mainframe power, wait for 20 seconds and press the keypad.

Insert the thread again.

Reenter the hardware parameters of the tester.

If Error is displayed, the server is wrong and needs to be rebooted.
